Registration is as easy as 1, 2, 3:
1. Click here to download the Tidewater Membership Agreement.
2. Print and fill out form.
3. Fax form to Tidewater Headquarters. 410-385-4367
As a new member, you will be eligible for and will receive from Tidewater
all of the benefits and services of our Group Purchasing Program. You
will receive a call from Tidewater in the next few days to confirm our
receipt of this member agreement form. Within two weeks from this submittal,
you will receive a Group Purchasing Manual. This manual details all of our
vendor contracts and can be used to purchase Tidewater's low negotiated rates.
Your membership will last for one year and will automatically be renewed for
additional one-year periods. Either party may cancel this membership by giving
thirty days written notice. Tidewater does not charge membership fees. Our free
membership gives facilities the flexibility to try the program without requiring
a financial commitment.
